The social media campaign targeted dozens of blogger sites such as eMercedesBenz.com. This image shows an unpaid editorial which appeared on the homepage of the eMercedesBenz site. Read through the content to see the type of profoundly positive blog buzz this tactic generated. Hundreds of bloggers took a similar approach, generating thousands of free brand interactions, and site visits.




Another example of an unpaid homepage blogger editorial on BenzInsider.com. Note the paid text ad to the right - ads for the c-class site and Mercedes dealer sites appeared hundreds of thousands of times on contextually targeted content, providing additional avenues via which interested consumers could make their way to additional branded information.
